I ordered inside. Took almost 15 minutes to get 2 MC doubles. They seem to concentrate on getting drive thru orders quick. Inside I always wait longer than most fast food places I visit

Food is absolutely gross. When I was a kid in the 80s their food actually was good. Now whatever they have done to the formula for the burgers and fries tastes like I was eating dirt. Truly sad.

Fast food, free kids cones, giant play play place with lots of tables surrounding it. Only doxnside is that the bathrooms needed cleaned.

Waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes just to get the completely wrong food. Went inside to tell them of their mistake and they completely ignored us. Even if we tried to talk to them they ignored us. The worst customer service I have ever encountered. They don’t even wear gloves when preparing food here. I will never be back. I’d rate 0 if I could.

My husband stopped there Friday night March 27th 2020. He only got half his fries and his soda was only 1/2 full!!! Check your contents before you pull away from the drive thru!!!

Very poor service. It was busy but no reason it should of taken over 20 minutes to get our food. When we finally got our food the fries where luke warm and cheese burgers where dry. Not a good experience

Dirty bathrooms, dinning area, and counter tops. The counter where you fill your drinks was sticky, the soda was dried on to the counter top. When was the last time they cleaned??? French fries were cold. We run into this problem in our travels way to much. The employees want more money!!! Do something to prove you are worth getting paid more.

Not sure exactly which Mickey d's they're asking me about but assuming the one in point near the kwik trip and hwy 39 roundabout. That's the one I've been recently but non others for awhile. They had good service food tasted good but I paid with a legitimate hundred dollar bill and the lady that took my order had to wait for at least a couple minutes before a manager got up there to check it. Of course he gives me the change and i waited 5-6 minutes for my food so let employees handle these things or managers be ready with your employees not taking ur,sweet time handling the situation. Thank u

I aM getting sick of these video displays that change menu as soon as you read them. Could not figure out the price or kalories from a mcdouble.. no list of what burgers are for sale, and the cost for burgers only. Do they not have sallads any longer...? I start to wonder how they present their menues, feeling a bit tricked out here..

This is the dirtiest McDonald's. Washrooms with no paper towels, garbage on floors. Play area tables not wiped off, sticky dirty floors, no wipes in dispenser, kids with no socks on.

Took awhile to get the iced coffee I ordered, but it was good so I guess I'll give back one more star than I would have. :) With it being connected to a gas station and off the highway, there were only 2 stalls in the women's bathroom. There was a line of 5 people at least in front of the bathroom when we arrived.

Not one of the freshest McDonald's one has been to. Food was cold and not worth the stop. Got wrong sandwiches in drive through. Got the wrong meal after bringing in my wrong order in the first place.

Good customer service. I had a MCchicken and the lettuce was super gross and nasty! I picked it off, almost like coslaw on my sandwich. And the chicken itself was fairly small and did not look right. It tasted okay. But I couldn't get the taste out of my mouth of the lettuce!! Check your lettuce and the dates! Should not be serving that. If you wouldn't eat it, don't serve it!

Hamburger wasn t fully cooked and I thought it odd because don't they come pretty much pre-cooked? Anyway it sidnt taste as though it wasn't cooked but was pretty pink in the middle.

For a franchise that prides itself on efficiency, it's dumbfounding that it took an abnormal amount of time to complete my order for 1 adult, past lunch hour, with only 2 cars ahead of me. Food is fine, but it's a problem of the staff being trained or under-supported that causes this location to be 'slow'.

It’s clean but I ordered the new bbq sandwich and I got just a freaking cheeseburger. Even the slip on the box said it was a double bacon bbq. The sandwich I got has nothing with bacon or bbq. It’s the third time this has happened.
